Tough Loss

The Wolverines next opponents were the Sparks High Railroaders. They started off good smashing the railroaders the first game. However, they fell short the following weekend dropping both ends of its doubleheader at Sparks by scores of 4-3 and 8-4. Truckee is now 2-4 in league play. The entire coaching staff concluded that there was no reason Sparks should have won that game and that Truckee was a way better team and did not play up to their expectation. It was also hard for us because we have not had a chance to practice on the field due to the weather.
